New plugin: Dueling Mini-Game
新增插件：決鬥小遊戲

• Say !duel to use.
  指令: !duel
  
  
• Able to challenge your enemy in 5/10/15/20/50/100 scores a round.
  可以挑戰敵人以5/10/15/20/50/100分為一回合
  
  
• Auto reject the duel after 20 second if someone challenge you but you aren't respond.
  
  如果敵人邀請挑戰你但你沒回應，20秒後會自動拒絕
  
• All functions as similar as original dueling mini-game item.
  
  其餘功能皆與遊戲內建物品之決鬥小遊戲相似

New Plugin: Anti cheat
This will do detecting players who is spamming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in chat and whole chat will be hidden, if cumulative spamming over the times limit then will confirmed as cheating and give punishment.
新增反外掛插件：
自動偵測玩家洗頻♥♥♥♥♥♥♥並將對話文字隱藏，累積次數超過上限將判定為外掛並給予懲罰。
