There's a lot of rust server that have been effected by the downtime. We will investigate the issue straight away.

No, this is something that does not happen often. They think the data center itself is having problem and not the server. The DDOS could have been directly hit by a ddos in Sweden, the server is not effected directly.

It seems like something triggered it to go down, I've been asking the provider and they didn't really give a real answer on the problem, however they are sorry for the inconvenience! :steamsad:

You're correct. We might need to do something here. My cents would be to wipe on 30th June and then make one week until the forced one on 7th July. This way everyone can be informed and ready for it.

Will probably not wipe the BP's on the 30th June though, so it's getting a little bit more action in less time. What you think about it?

@Goobii I noticed you set next wipe date to July 7th. There is no way this server will stay populated for 3 weeks withouth a wipe. I would suggest to wipe MAP in a week and then full wipe on the 7th. Just my 2 cents.

@theEdz This is nothing that happens all the time you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ muppet. I've played on this server for 1-2 months and this is the first time this happens. It's a DDOS attack, it happens to all high pop servers at some point. Just chill.

We are currently investigating it, but since we are being hit by PPS attack currently we are trying to move over some of the traffic. We will try get a new IP as soon as possible. We will setup a global DNS so it will be easier for you guys to know what the IP is. We are working on it.

Bi-weekly too. We used to have it each month but that just ended up everyone having all stuff and it become more a building game rather than a survival. We'll do BP aswell as map each second week until the XP-system comes out, with hopefully will be soon! :-)
