SWAT 4 Server Browser - Come and Play online again
That's right i posted this it's an Alternate Server Browsing tool by DEXuS
It allows you to browse servers for any game mod out of the game so it doesn't crash,Once you locate your game exe and Double click server you'll be there (You don't need to any other programs like Hamachi,just do what i said) :
