Is Steamladder still working???

I've read in the FAQ that profiles are updated every 8 or 24 hours but I've been trying for a week now to load my page on steamladder and nothing happens... It still shows like I'm level 141 when actually I'm 200?

4 days ago I tried to put my steam profile on private and back to public, but steamladder still shows me as private with level 141,

But when I just visit other highranked profiles, I see the website actually reloading their stats immediately... why it's not doing the same with mine?

I tried to write to the support on steamladder few days ago, but I didn't get any reply.

I have the same Problem, since October
