Looking for fun, but realism

Goal is to get a full team, then a full 2 teams for a full community 40v40 private match once a week. Having a group will be good to develop leadership skills, and overall game skill. Vet's more than welcome, non vets wont be hated on, you might know something the vets dont. New players welcome, will have a teamspeak up soon to better the comms. Will also be doing a baseline Arma unit again to all thise who are interested in the future. Rank structure to come, not to set anyone above anyone but to commend players, and achievement. Everyone will be a squad leader at some point! Come willing to learn, and most of all have fun!
