Yes. They were classified as extremists and a domestic terrorist threat twice now by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, first in 2017 in a leaked report:
https://foreignpolicy.com/2017/10/06/the-fbi-has-identified-a-new-domestic-terrorist-threat-and-its-black-identity-extremists/
And again in 2020, officially regarded as such in the FBI’s 2020 domestic terrorism reference guide:
https://news.yahoo.com/new-terrorism-guide-shows-fbi-still-classifying-black-extremists-as-domestic-terrorism-threat-190650561.html
They are also guilty of hiring convicted terrorists:

Actively support terrorist attacks across the entire world, most notably the recent armed invasion of Israel from Hamas (Palestine):

And they employ unlawful use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of achieving their political goals:

Updated to be a corporate shitlist.
Good job, thanks for your efforts :)
Offline DRM has not yet begun seeing anything resembling wide-spread use. The only real player in this scene as of right now is:
https://valeroa.com/
That also only currently has their shit in a "testing" phase. Practically and technically speaking, offline DRM isn't really sustainable as there's always ways to develop methods of cracking/bypassing/spoofing shit.
2019-04-07 Edit:
Valeroa got cracked hours after getting out. It is a complete joke and should be treated as such.
Software only, I'd agree with you. They could start distributing hardware keys.
Is that even worth it for most software? Regrdless, there are expensive programs that have hardware keys like dongles, and they are still cracked. You can trick the software into thinking it has a hardware dongle, ironically using software.
drm is a joke.
Yes, that might have been true in the past. We now have quantum entanglement technology for example.
Its still true right now. Nobody I know has a quantum computer. We can speculate till we turn blue
Hardware dongles are few and far between. There are good reasons dongles never really took off except as a premium user service for DAWs or specific games.
If you do it right, like putting potions of crucial code into the Dongle the Software won't run without Dongle, but it needs to be done per Game and so each Game will need it's dongle and that becomes expensive. And yet again, even that can be cracked if you manage to retrieve all the potions and then reassemble it.
So the only near 100% method for DRM on PC is to add the DRM into the CPU/GPU directly, it doesn't need to be complicated, a digital signature verification is enough which also won't eat any performance. The game then could let the inbuild hardware DRM check if the license is genuine and the digital signatures valid or if not present or an update came the inbuild hardware DRM then would update the license data and digital signatures from the publishers online database.
This of course needs online verifications at least once, subsequent online verifications on updates and periodically online verifications to check if hardware isn't in blacklist (in case someone somehow altered the hardware DRM) but this method is near 100% secure.
The only way to break it would be to break the digital signatures, but if choosen big enough this won't be an option till we have quantum computers with enough Qbits and till then there is Quantum DRM or so... LOL!
Also yeah this is litterally turning the PC into a Console, but it's what they want anyway, right?
I’m so sick of all these people that tho k they’re gamers. No, you’re not. Most of you are not even close to being gamers. I see these people saying “I put well over 100 hours in this game, it’s great!” that’s nothing, most of us can easily put 300+ hours in all our games. I see people who only have a Nintendo Switch and claim to be gamers. Come talk to me when you pick up a PS4 controller then we be friends.
Also DEAR ALL WOMEN: Pokémon is not a real game. Animal Crossing is not a real game. The Sims is not a real game. Mario is not a real game. Stardew valley is not a real game. Mobile games are NOT.REAL.GAMES. put down the baby games and play something that requires challenge and skill for once.
Sincerely, all of the ACTUAL gamers.
Wowzer thats... harsh! They are real gamers in my view. Maybe not hardcore gamers (still debatable if we consider time, skill and dedication to the game) but gamers nonetheless.
Count me out of the sincerely all gamers please. I dont stand by this inflammatory comment
Inspiration from the latter came from watching this:
