I noticed that this game does not support windows XP. Maybe that could be an issue for as to why it wont run for some. 15hrs in and this game is like crack!

no problems running the game. using a gtx 460 w/ amd phenom 2 quad core and 8gb ram. cant run grafix settings at very high settings but high looks great and runs smooth. the game did crash on me twice at first but around 8 hrs of smooth. love this game.

Люди помогите пожалуйста,вчера предзаказал в стиме игру sleeping dogs,сегодня запустил и началась первая миссия,где за чуваком бежать надо,вот там когда я нажимаю на кнопку D-это когда игрок уворачивается в правую сторону,но он у меня бежит в стену,и вот так ели-ели вытаскиваю его и так же когда нажимаю кнопку A-это когда в левую и тоже самое,но я прошел эту миссию там вторая где надо драться и вот человек просто бегает от стены к стене,можно только хватать врагов,в настройках шарил,игру переустанавливал

Btw if any of you get the game to work the mouse controls suck the camera goes really fast when driving and when you shoot it freezes so i just end up blind fireing .

what is the diffrence between opengl 4.3 and directx 11? I was playing the game and it hiccuped with my nvidia card and someone said "you should get the beta drivers that have opengl 4.3" would that improve the game in anyway?

When i launch the game i get a white box and it says HK.exe has stopped responding , anyone know how to fix this? i get this too dark soul , square enix is not working on a patch they say if u get this error its because your pc is not meeting the min requirements

@tuff. it's not everyone because some people on the sleeping dogs fourm under pc gneral discussion say they are playing fine.

@dark thats what everybody is gonna have to end up doing. Nobody can play the game on pc, it isnt just on steam

@tuff. steam dosnt give refunds , if steam or sleeping dogs dosnt make a patch or somthing im gunna have to buy it for console (or pirate it , which might be easier honestly) because obviously steam cant fix the problems we are having.

luckily no issues here. plays smooth set to highest sesttings with hd texture pack. countering a punch is a ♥♥♥♥♥ though
