According to Steam User Tini, Velaryon's share a close and loyal relationship with Targaryens. That's symbolized in this mod by a +60 opinion between them.

I really like the idea of this mod, but when I play as Aegon VI, all Velaryons have like a +600 or more opinion of me because of Valyrian loyalty, not only 60.

Alright, edited the code so it should be a 1 to 1.

Would it be possible to request a version that adds the same opinion boost to House Sunglass, Celtigar and all of the Clawmen houses? I've tried adding the dynasty IDs to the velaryon_loyalty_events trigger, but that seems to break something and keeps the event from firing at all on startup, birth and pulse.

Out of curiosity: do you know why it did not work when I added all the clawmen dynasty IDs? Too many IDs for one event trigger?

You didn't have an or tag so it was basically saying for the event to fire the character had to be all those dynasties at once.

How would I make this mod apply to the Celtigars as well as the Velaryons?

Change the various Velyaryon dynasty codes to OR = { dynasty = <Velaryon> dynasty = <Celtigars> }

Awesome, worked like a charm. I didn't want to include the clawmen, but I deleted that part just fine.
