Dragonize Ruinize Colonize Castles

Should give you the option on a successful siege, following a Siege of Fire witha 90+ martial dragon, to burn this muthaf*cka down, down to the ground! And force the owner to rebuild it and burn ~10 years and several hundred gold. Also a decision to ruinize a province you control in a siege, EDIT* creating Oldstones and Summerhalls as you like. And finally the ability to colonize a demesne province, through a TITLE diplomacy, and bring it culture and a proper religion. This will make the peasants angry though.and was attempting to add further punishment but it doesn't seem to work.
