Start Blood Feud
Detailed here.[citadel.prophpbb.com] This will let you start feuds with any landed male count dynasty heads via the diplomacy menu.

Nothing happens when I press start blood feud but I'm going to try adding a dependency for ck2plus to see if that works.

Nah, still not working. I press start blood feud, nothing happens and I can press it straight away on someone else without any results.
