Join All the Wars

Adds diplomacy that will allow you to join wars that you feel like fighting in, as long as you aren't at war with the person or realm, or a criminal of the person you seek to join, though there are some wars you can't actually join due to ck2 coding, e.g. vassal's wars.

To use with A Game of Thrones Mod, you need to use a text editor, like notepad, to add a dependency to Join Wars.mod in the mods folder, E.G. ***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
