My ticket regarding double charging has been ignored for 1 month.
Guys, I made a ticket on July 9th about being double charged on paypal for my server. I bumped the ticket on July 18th. I still have no response so I made a 2nd ticket on August 13th. No reply.

I have tried to add Simon on steam but he blocked me. What is going on?
