Rejected with a message to go to Crowdin

Hey! My application got rejected with a reason that all translations will be performed on Crowdin and got a link to the Crowdin's page. If that's the case, then why the website with applications still exist? Also, on the website, I don't see any way to translate game's descriptions like I was asked in the application on the translation server website.

STS as a platform still exists because it's operative for several languages, even if some of them have been phased out in the meantime. As to your second question, games' descriptions have served only as a test of one's translation abilities before granting access to the STS, and were not intended to be applied live – this is under control of the publishers. Crowdin is an open platform and as such, no further tests are necessary.
