I have the same question. The Google Doc where I'm working on my draft was shared on the actual GA page. Still, it was unclear to me if there's a central place for us to post the reviews, and how the revision process will work (I would certainly appreciate having someone else look at my review and give me pointers for grammar, structure, etc).
