Get rid of better loot

I think the better loot is a bit too much; it dosent really fit the component system. In a matter of 2 hours i was able to get 2 chests full of guns by just running around. Just increase the components by 2 max there is no need for more, most components are rare to find due to the fact there are too many items being spawned in the loot table.

TLDR: Remove betterloot, make components 2x maybe even consider re-wiping server

I agree with KillerPenguin. I know you added a component kit but I can't find sewing kits, gears, road signs, or anything in barrels anymore. I spetn 2 hours hitting barrels and didn't find a single component I needed. I'd personally rather have vanilla components and 4x gather.

I completely agree. It is a x4 gather server. There is no need to be looting full items when you can able to gather YES amounts of shit in a matter of minutes. Just increase the comp rate by no more than 2 and leave it at that. It has gotten to the point to where I'm recycling rifle bodies and weapons and keeping clothing. The only way a better loot plugin will even remotely work efficiently is if you are able to replace the wood, metal frags, and oil in the loot table with the extra items. That way the components remain as a common drop.

the better loot was op, now its completely bad, theres components that do nothing in the game on the loot table, components not on the loot table at all, and some pretty rare drop rates on some of them

YEP! liked the server until that. now i can't find a different one that doesnt have the added loot mod. hopefully he'll get rid of it

Components are all on the loot table I'm sure, but I see that the problem has been all the other items in the LootTable. My purpose was to try and make as much available as possible, but components proved to be a dilemma. I'll fix it and please let me know of the feedback.

Eternal, that should be fixed, with semibodies included. I have been however contemplating about removing BetterLoot. It has turned into such a shit system.

i would honestly but that's just my opinion. The component system has a purpose and the better loot plugin just shits all over it.

yea propane tanks are retardly common now, lol but gears are a diff story, the loot now from barrels/boxes seems retardly bad now imo

I have been playing on this server back when Ancient Edits was a mod. The loot system at the moment just makes me want to play vanilla if loot is this low why not play vanilla is what I tell myself. I just wish loot was better, not like it was 2 wipes ago but somewhere in between. Lets just say for solo/duo players its a little hard atm. Thought I'd put my two cents.
