It says on the gift if it does, bottom in small text
If it doesn’t = untradeable
it says "Tags: not marketable, not tradable"
but possible its because of the 30 days hold ? ;) - thats why, wait for 30 days over.

All items on "hold", like trading cards bought on the market, are marked not tradeable until the hold is over
Try to continue payment. I can also add to cart but the payment stops after "initialisation"

It’s the same with divinity too. Bought it for the gift and can’t trade it at all. It’s why I was curious if the same restriction was here.
Right, just click on the gift and if there is a date it will become "tradeable" after that time. Unlike trading cards game copies aren't marketable on the Steam community market, so they are not & will never become "marketable". However, you can trade them directly with other users for other stuff like tf2 keys or other game gifts.
Immediatly after you put the orange box in the cart, steam delete you -3 from your game count (HL2, HL2 DM and Portal)
And give you the 2 gifts.
