Is DailyIndieGame.com legit?

The prices for some games are ridiculously suspicious?
Like, a game for 0.01$ can hardly be legit? There must be some catch right? Like its stolen keys or something like that

As far as I know they're "legit" in the sense that they don't steal keys. At least that's how they were a year or 2 ago, haven't looked at them recently.
They're a bit on the grey side though, considering some of their keys are just resold from bundles.

Idk what keys go for 1 cent there, but I suppose it's just the traditional shovelware that's overpriced on Steam and sold at its true value on DIG, pretending to be 99% off to make people believe they're getting a good deal.

Yes, as in they buy codes from devs in bulk. However, there are disadvantages...


- (personal small minus:) You can't pay with Paypal anymore.

- They delete your account if you're inactive for 6 months. You will lose ALL your DIG wallet and all unused Steam codes. (Remember to log in every few months.)

- There's been a few devs that claimed codes were sold without permission, so the devs revoked activated codes from previous DIG bundles. From two specific events that I was aware of, there was no response from DIG.

- Support probably won't respond. If they do, they're often rude or aren't very helpful.

yeah it is but iv had some dupe keys in the past but not many, Btw have been using for over 9 years and over 3k games i have got from there.

I want to reach 1k games on steam, and their 9 games for 0.49$ is unmatched, I just want to make sure that I wont get banned/suspended on steam

I've had two games from there revoked. One was Bomb Royale, but I can't remember the other.

Maybe somewhere around 200 keys I've used. I rarely buy bundles from there cuz a lot are rebundles or "profile features limited" games.

But for your purpose of getting 1k games, it should be fine.
Btw, "profile features limited" games won't give +1 to your game count, so keep an eye out for those games.

How do I see what games are profile features games?

For example with this game if you scroll down a little, the box (above Languages) where it says
"Single-player
Steam Achievements
Steam Cloud
Profile Features Limited"

If it doesn't have the "Profile Features Limited" part, then you're good. Probably the quickest way to check on DIG is to just buy games that have cards.
