Points shop items removed for removed games?

Recently I noticed that the point shop items for the Wakfu TV show were removed. If you have them in your inventory you can still use them, but you can't buy them from the points shop using steam points anymore.

Has this happened with any other games? It must've happened recently because I just saw them on the points shop about a month or two ago. A bit disappointing because I was going to buy a few.

(items are still available ...nah, they are listed in Points Shop but can't be "bought" - it says that they are no longer available )

So yeah - it seems that after app removal all items in Points Shop become unavailable.

I tried to check the Jumanji Game Profile, but clicking it just made my screen darken and nothing else happened, unlike when I clicked a Movavi Avatar Frame and the popup opened. I don't know if that's me or it broken though. xD I don't know if that helps, but there is that info. :) That is sad that Points Shop items become unavailable when its app is removed, but I guess it's to be expected since the cards and other things become unavailable. :(

Thanks, I just checked some points shops for other removed games: Adventure Time, Universe Sandbox Classic, etc. and even though I can see those items if I try to buy them I get a "no longer available" error.

Too bad, but it seems that the only way to get these old items is through trading now. Speaking of, if anyone has some of the removed wakfu, ogrest, or Nox items, I'd be willing to trade some of my items or gems for them (and don't forget, even if you don't have items, you can still redeem booster packs for those games)!

Yeah. :( It is definitely too bad. It seems some Points Shop items can still be purchased after delisting, but maybe it is the difference between delisted and completely removed...

As far as I can tell, if it's deleted from the marketplace it's deleted from the points shop. So if the devs haven't made their item unmarketable you can still buy them using the points shop.

Anyway, this will be good to know for future removals in case I can't get the items cheap from the market.

Dragonia (for example) became unmarketable, but I was able to purchase some of its emotes after that from the Points Shop. I don't know if that helps to figure it out or makes it more confusing. xD

Hah, who knows then, lol. Either way, I'm just going to err on the side of caution in the future and buy things from the point shop before they are delisted.

Yeah both delisted and purchase disabled games don’t let you buy anything in points shop which is stupid! If you own the game u should still be able to buy them? Does steam pay devs or something for each sold? No so why is it unavailable

Actually shit some do still work but others don’t? 😭
