Is there any method for purchasing a delisted game/DLC on steam
Per thread title, Looking for a way to get a DLC that has had its store page entirely removed, i've attempted to add to cart via javascript but when I do the cart is just blank even though it'll say added to cart

No. If the game does not have an open sub (check SteamDB's "Packages" page for 🌐 icons), there is no way to purchase the title via Steam. Retail keys should still work, but may not in certain circumstances.
