We’ve been away for a brief moment, taking some time to regroup and plan what comes next — and now we’re coming back with a fresh new start.

Happy 1st of December and also happy wipe day on Reaction PvE!

For this month all minicopters on our server will feature Christmas lights to get our players into the festive spirit! We can’t wait to see your wintery builds this wipe!

This wipe brings us a over 90 quality of life improvements and fixes! To name just a few of these improvements... plants in a planter can be harvested, cloned and removed in one action, certain items are quicker to craft, rooves can be rotated before placed on walls and there’s an increased pitch range on several instruments. Players will also be notified when world events such as cargoship, chinook and oil rig crates spawn.

Rust turns 9 on Sunday 11th December and there will be in-game birthday cake and hats to celebrate on the day!

And finally don’t forget that on Thursday 15th December (7pm GMT) there will be a mandatory server and player update to enable the Christmas event and some extra festive features!

May 2022
Only a few days to go until the June wipe! In May we saw some tweaks to improve zip lines, death screens and client performance. NPC scientists also returned to junkpiles and if you hadn't noticed, the forecast has become much more optimistic as 9 out of 10 days are supposed to be clear visibility weather! We also had a peaceful week on the server with no car crashes and our deer population grew massively!

This wipe we saw lots of interesting builds and in in particular lots of enclosed compounds! Total, Cookies and Rolf built a huge multi-section compound near Harbor at S23. Michael also built an enormous sheet metal and stone compound on an ice lake at T17 complete with it's own sky high tower for taking out patrol. Yenan took over a desert island at D7. Zit built a unique castle style base at E17 that had 4 pillars supporting the admin sleeping quarters. Over the road he also set up a free stuff shop which helped a lot of players get started. Wildorgan had a tall base at N12 with excellent views over launch site, water treatment and dome

A special shoutout and congratulations to Michael who managed to overtake Zit on the raidable base scoreboard this wipe! Just before Zit returned from his holiday Michael had an impressive lead of 63 points! Who dare taking on the challenge next time?

The next forced wipe is taking place on Thursday 2nd June at 7PM BST / 6PM UTC / 2PM EST. This will be a map wipe but as always, whilst learnt blueprints will remain if you would like them wiped please request a member of the admin team to wipe them for you when are are in-game. In June we should see revamped gunplay, NPCs at launch site and the usual bug fixes. See you all next wipe!

March 2022
Only two days days to go until the April wipe! This wipe we had only a few changes including monument lighting adjustments, improved vehicle body visuals and a few new models for items such as foods, teas and med kits. Next wipe will see the addition of the above rail network, powerline ziplines, new achievements and more improvements to monument lighting.

As always we saw some great builds this wipe! Michael built a huge triangular base at U17 which is carefully decorated with candles and Christmas lights! Over the road Michael has also built a public venue complete with dance floor, music stage and rooftop pool. DJtestor built an impressive sheet metal base on the ice lake at J17. And last but by no means least, Zitgun built a casino complete with poker room and pool area at M22.

The next forced wipe is taking place on Thursday 7th April at 7PM BST / 18:00 UTC / 14:00 EST. This will be a map wipe and we are planning to implement a slightly larger map so that we can make use of the new overground trains! Learnt blueprints will remain unless you request the admin team to wipe them for you. See you all next wipe!

February 2022
Not long until wipe day at 7pm (GMT) on Thursday! This month gave us the Arctic update which included the arctic research base monument, polar bears, spray cans and a few QOL improvements. The ice assault rifle and arctic hazmat suit are both available to purchase from the in-game admin shops. Later this week, on wipe day, we are expecting to see some more quality of life adjustments.

In our last monthly update, we mentioned the possibility of a new event plugin and this is still very much likely to happen soon but due to being super busy irl over the last few weeks there has been a slight delay in the implementation. Stay tuned for more information.

Great to see players battling for top spot on the raidable bases and player challenges leaderboards! This wipe we saw Mor Dubh and Odorf teamed up to build ‘casa el mordorf’. Michael gave Zit a run for his money with the biggest base design this wipe - an impressive castle fortress complete with rooftop pools.Piyuca and Shynta built nearby with a great looking base, decorated externally with the deluxe Christmas lights. Rinky used the sign artist plugin to add some pictures to the outside of his base, while ScubaSteeve built an armoured base on a snowy cliff edge with 360 panoramic views.
