Rules, Terms, Conditions, and Waiver of Liability

The Random Acts of Gaming Subreddit, The Mod Team, Social Media, Websites, & Steam Groups including Serial Giver as well as other partners, affiliates, representatives, web staff, employees, and volunteers (past, present, or future) from this point on will be referred to as ("RAOG"). ("RAOG") bears zero liability for anything in perpetuity forever.

01. Liability: You and or your legal guardians if not 18 or equivalent legally binding age in your area from this point on will be referred to as ("You") agree to accept the terms of ("RAOG") and agree to waive all of your rights to pursue any legal action against ("RAOG"), furthermore ("You") agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless ("RAOG") of any and all liability in perpetuity forever. By entering, visiting, or interacting in any way with ("RAOG") ("You") waive ("RAOG") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (1) such entrant’s participation in a giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of a giveaway; (3) electronic or human error in the administration of a giveaway or the processing of entries; (4) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (5) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (6) printing errors; (7) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail (8) Identity theft, dox, etc. (9) Financial claims of any sort. (10) Legal Claims of any sort. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall ("You") be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees. ("You") further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. (11) Simply put anything can happen whether we have control or not and by visiting entering or interacting in any way with ("RAOG") ("You") are acknowledging ("RAOG") has zero liability, agree to waive all of your rights to pursue any legal action against ("RAOG"), ("You") also agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless ("RAOG") of any and all liability in perpetuity forever.

02. Agreement/Acceptance of Rules: By visiting ("RAOG"), ("You") have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all the Rules, Terms, and Conditions. By entering any giveaway, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of ("RAOG"), and it hosts, ("You") represent and warrant that ("You") meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, ("You") agree to accept the giveaway host or ("RAOG") mods decisions as final and binding as it relates to anything related to ("RAOG"). Entrants should look solely to the ("RAOG") or individual giveaway host with any questions, comments, or issues related to a giveaway.

03. Eligibility: All entrants must meet and honor the rules listed in the Subreddits sidebar. Only comments on an original giveaway post are viewed as valid entries. These users must meet any additional requirements set upon them by the original giveaway host. These requirements must be meet in an approved and appropriate manner. ("You") must be 18 years old or the equivalent legally binding age in your area or have prior permission from your legal guardians who accept these terms to participate. ("You") must not be from the following Restricted Countries: Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan and Syria or any other current or future restricted lands. The physical giveaways are only open to residents of USA living in 48 mainland states, where delivery is available at no additional cost to ("RAOG"). We will only ship to real people at home addresses. This means no businesses, post office boxes, etc. Employees, independent contractors ("RAOG") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in mod event giveaways. No use of any use of Alt, low effort, robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will be allowed as well as incomplete entries. Entries from persons who are not eligible to win per these official rules will be disqualified. If ("You") win a giveaway ("You") are required to send/post a video or picture of ("You") with/enjoying your prize. These videos/pictures granted by the Entrant: By entering this content, ("You") understand and agree that the giveaway host and anyone acting on behalf of ("RAOG") or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, ("You") represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, ("You") will be disqualified at the sole discretion of ("RAOG"). If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, ("You") shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. ("You") shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ("RAOG") from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which ("RAOG") may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

04. Giveaway hosts reserve the right: ("RAOG") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the ("RAOG") control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of any giveaway. In such cases, the giveaway host may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by ("RAOG") if appropriate. ("RAOG") reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of any giveaway or website, or violates these Terms & Conditions. ("RAOG") has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of any giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the ("RAOG") reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. ("RAOG") reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend any giveaway and/or to randomly select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, change any giveaway in the case of a compromised giveaway, catastrophic event or any other unforeseen event that cannot be reasonably anticipated affects any giveaway.

05. Winner Selection, Notification and Odds of Winning: The odds of ("You") winning a prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner selection methods will remain private in an effort to head off any potential exploits by entrants to gain additional favor or odds of winning a mod run event. ("You") are not an official winner until ("You") are sent a gift, any contact until that moment is simply vetting and info gathering. ("RAOG") shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If ("You") cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 1 day from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the ("You") at the Sponsor's sole discretion of ("RAOG") will result in the disqualification of ("You") as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

06. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by ("RAOG"). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the discretion of ("RAOG"). The prize ("You") win is nontransferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by ("You") is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of ("You"). Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for ("RAOG") to use the name, likeness, and entry of ("You") for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Confirmed giveaway ("You") may not exchange prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, ("RAOG") reserves the right to substitute a prize ("RAOG") deems comparable. ("RAOG") will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. ("You") are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.

A giveaway hosted on behalf of others will be voided if any issue arises (no prize or substitute).

07. Terms and conditions can and may be altered or expanded upon at any time without prior notice. Any interaction with ("RAOG") constitutes agreement to current ("RAOG") terms, conditions, and legal waivers.
