Hi! I'm having an issue with The Settlers New Alies: when I launch the game, a black screen appears, and it crashes. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

you guys should check out the classic rts/fps battlezone from 1998. The original programmer returned recently and made a patch that makes it compatible with modern systems and fixed a bunch of bugs. There's a small but active community still playing. you can get the installer at battlezone1.com , (free)

There's an interesting open source rts called Zero-k. Its made using the spring engine, and is based on Total Annihilation. It mainly goes for a simple economy approach, concentrating on strategy and skill. It's definately worht checking out

To get rid of the black spots, in DK2 each time you start the game set all the game settings to lowest possible, then when you get ingame change it to whatever you want.

Command and Conquer brings back so many memories. C&C3 Tiberium Wars is alright. Not as good as the older ones though.

Why are you using hamachi? Tunngle is much better and works flawless in LAN with all games.
