[Project I.G.I.] Fix for newer operating systems [Win 7, Win 8, Win 10]
If you are experiencing graphical artifacts in the main menu, you have to add two files to your instalation folder: IGIloader.exe and InjectIGI.dll. After doing so, launch the game using IGIloader.exe.

Also make sure that you are running the game as an administrator, and the compatibility mode is activated and set to Windows XP.
