Personally, I prefer to play Shin Megami Tensei and Persona on a portable console, not so much on a TV--Don't have the patience to play JRPGs like that on a PC
There's also nothing really akin to Persona in Genei Ibun Roku, as one can imagine the fan-service and idol aspects of Dancing All Night isn't a representation of the entire series and never has been--I'd also argue that Persona is generally more stylish than Genei.
As far as i know they didnt wanna do it because they thought it wouldnt interest many pc users because about 9/10 of all games on pc are "point and shoot adventures" so i guess they didnt wanna dumb their games down and not go through the problems of keymapping and making the games look better.
I don't think graphics would be a problem because they usually use more anime stylized graphics. I think all of them do. It would just be a matter of making sure everything works right on the PC.
