Steam not showing up in approved apps
Anyone know why that's happening and how to fix it? I havent been able to connect any Steam games with friends.

If you are trying to play a Steam game with Parsec, open the game you want to play, tab out with alt and tab, and set the game itself as approved app, not Steam. They will be able to see the game.
