Rebasing Aircraft?

I found out if I right click on an air unit it can load into a transport convoy to supposedly be transported but I can't figure out how to disembark the units once they arrive to the port I want them in? I looked through all the warehouse transfer options and I can't figure it out.

How do you disembark air units from transport ships?

you need to disband transported units. They will be put at the base and you can put them into a new formation.

such a convulated system, i would've thought that it was in the warehouse tab as that is how you load/unload all the other cargo.

Also it doesn't make sense that if you have the material and a maxium airport/port that you can't produce units at that base asuming you had the required FE/AL (HoI series does that nice by letting you choose were they are produced). Makes n0 sense considering that after the war begun most major port cities started to produce ships even if they were only of convoy type!

Also do you know if thier is a mod for the game for the great mediterranean war? It seems like you can never find a game that depicts it, it is always the same old Alantic (Germany vs UK) or the Pacific (Japan vs US) campaigns! Show us the Itailain, Vichy France and all the minor Mediterranean forces. Plus all the standard Major powers partipated in conflicts within this region so such a shame it never gets any love!!!

The game definitely has its shortcomings but you can't please everybody all the time. There are many changes I would make to it if I could wave a magic wand. Overall it is probably the best strategy/SIM game of the pacific war.

yeah, it is a very odd system. I would like to change a lot of this in the future.

As far as I know there are no mods for the med unfortunately.
