"Now, don't get into any trouble." Your mother said. You nodded.

"Alright." You said, slightly annoyed at her being overprotective as always. You and your friends walked away.

"So, when are you going to get your mum to stop treating you like a baby?" (friend one) asked. It was true, she had always treated you as if you were a three year old, while in reality, you were ten.

"I don't know. Maybe if I do something to prove I'm not some little baby anymore." You said.

"Like what?" (friend two) asked. You thought and thought. What was something you could do to prove that you weren't a little kid anymore? That's when you got an idea.

"Maybe, I can kiss a girl, while not being afraid of cooties?" You asked. Your friends laughed a little.

"That's actually not a bad idea, (Y/n)! But who should you kiss? And no, you can't kiss me." (female friend) asked.

"Yeah, and she can't be some random girl!" (friend four) said.

"I'll go see if I can find someone. Wish me luck!" You said before running off. You tried to find a girl who you could possibly know. But, you didn't know any of the girls you saw. And, there was no way you were going to kiss a girl you barely knew. You headed towards the Game Area, and noticed a girl.

She looked allot like Balloon Boy. However, her shirt and hat, were purple and blue, instead of red and blue. She had magenta eyes instead of Balloon Boy's blue eyes. Instead of blue pants, she was wearing a black skirt. You approached her.

"Hi there." You said. She looked at you.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"I'm (Y/n). What's your name?" You asked.

"My name is Jenny, some people call me Balloon Girl or JJ. And no, I won't tell you what the other J means." Jenny said.

"Well, can we talk?" You asked.

"Look, kid, I just give out balloons. If you don't want one then go away." Jenny said.

"Well, I really want to talk to you." You said.

"This is the first time we've ever met. Why do you want to talk to me?" Jenny asked. You shrugged.

"I don't know." You lied. She sighed, starting to get annoyed with you.

"If you don't have an exact reason, then leave." Jenny said. You crossed your arms.

"Fine! You're no fun, anyway!" You said as you began to walk away. Jenny quickly grabbed your wrist.

"I'm not fun?" Jenny asked. You nodded.

"Yeah, you're very rude to me. You're no fun." You said.

"Okay, kid, I changed my mind. We can talk for awhile, and I'll prove to you that I'm fun." Jenny said. You smiled and nodded.

"Alright!" You said.

For the next twenty minutes, you and Jenny were talking to each other. You learned that Balloon Boy was her younger brother, and since he was slightly more popular with the kids, nobody really seemed to notice her existence. You told her about your current problem with your mother.

"Well, just tell her to stop treating you like a baby." Jenny said.

"I did. But, she didn't listen to me." You said.

"Well, I don't think you're a baby. You act like one sometimes, but that doesn't mean you are one." Jenny said.

"Thank you!" You said.

"Hey, (Y/n)! Your mom is looking for you!" (Friend one) said. You nodded and stood up.

"I have to go." You said.

"Wait... Can we talk again sometime?" Jenny asked. You nodded.

"Of course. Oh yeah, I promised my friends that I would do this." You said before kissing her cheek and running away. Her face was a bright red. She smiled as she watched you run away.

"He's an idiot. But, he's a cute idiot."
