A New Chapter ... PAROFED Racing

Hey guys! Recently I have been spending a lot of time in SP driving around and I thought it would be awesome if we had races too, and actual tracks! SubZer0 and I plan to have faction races which will be overseen by me, other officers, or someone who is appointed.
I have mapped, photographed, and recorded 9 different race locations excluding Dirttrack and Racetrack. I would like for you to try them out for yourselves and would love feedback on them! :D

SubZer0 brought up a good point. Since there is a "/race" mode, aren't my tracks kind of obsolete?

Here is why my normal non que/instanced tracks are the best:

1. There won't be NEAR 60 players, mostly it will be twenty or under per track unless it's a race only on the main highways or open waters. You will actually have a chance at winning.
2. You're not in an instanced environment so the game will still go on around you giving a sense of danger and unpredictability. Watch your back.
3. Once people get familiar with the track, we can decide to make small on the spot choices to changes in the route.
4. You can incorporate racing in with ROADTRIPS :D
5. Eventually we can have FACTIONvFACTION races where each faction appoints their most skilled driver while the rest of the faction watches on the sidelines and cheers on their team ... or casts immature insults at the other factions (no killing or shooting)
6. You can race anytime you want! No need to wait for a race to end!
7. Choose your own vehicle and not be limited to only one!

100% down for this. I believe there are other factions for racing as well, but hosting our own would be a blast, of course too.

GREAT! You are right, their are but I figured that since we do road-trips it would be natural evolution that we eventually had racing as an activity as well, and we have such a large member base! :D

I participated in the irc test. They've also got custom racetracks. We gotta do that too!
