Games that Support Metal API
As of the release of OS 10.11 El Capitan, Apple's Low level graphics API, Metal, has been available for OS X (Originally debuted in iOS 8). Metal should be a direct competitor to Microsoft's DirectX (Xbox, get it?). I have been feverishly looking for games that can confirm that they were re-compiled using one of the "on-board" development platforms but I can't find any confirmed games that are using the Metal API on the Steam platform.
I would like to do some FPS comparisons from my mac running Yosemite and then the same game under El Capitan to see if it has improved but, alas, I haven't found any confirmed Metal-capable games on Steam.
Please help me find metal games so we can test the performance improvement. I'd love to move away from having to Bootcamp my macs for CS:GO, although I'll probably keep doing it because of my windows-only games - here's hoping Metal coaxes developers to the Mac platform

I find it really hard to find such information too. It's been awhile now, but still I haven't heard more news about it.

The only one I found is WoW by Blizzard: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/18000263457?page=4#74 (although I don't know if they have released the version with the API)

Good find.
This is an interesting comment:
"
Metal wasn't even complete with nvidia/AMD gpus even in the final release. Fully supported in apps, but the desktop (core graphics) still used metal only for intel GPUs.

How does it perform? Any feature loss?

You must be working in your off hours at this point to manage to fit that in with that opening still unfilled :\

"

Sounds like we may need to wait another year or so before we see wider adoption if the GPU makers are not quite on board - intel only graphics just isn't gonna cut it for some games

I think so too.
