Raidy 1, the bosses will kill you pretty quickly when you first fight them, so you grind a level or two and then you annihilate the boss. Theres no town, or place to buy items, so it can get a little brutal with potion management if you try to rush things. This is the most grind intensive of the series.
They added a town in Raidy 2 that acts as a hub, and much needed stores. There are items that can return you to town instantly, but there are no items that teleport you back to the dungeon, so you have to walk through all the floors to get back to where you were. Overall, the game is a much welcom improvement over the first game. Item management still exists, but its not so much an issue this time around since there are stores. Theres still a bit of grinding.
Raidy 3 is kind of hit or miss. They had some good ideas, but executed them horribly. They tried to add more plot, but its really kind of annoying since the plot scenes are overly long, and ultimately you may find yourself skipping through walls of text. The fusion system is kind of neat. Theres more dungeons, and while the dungeons are shorter (only like 1-3 floors iirc) the dungeons are large for the sake of being large, so much so that if you choose to map out each dungeon floor, you're going to be overlevelled, and breeze through most of the game. I think they made the floors so huge so you don't have to grind on the same floor like in the previous games. I was so overpowered near the end of the game from mapping out each floor, I had to take off all my equipment or the bosses would never be able to kill me to unlock their GOR scene. Speaking of GOR, in order to 100% the gallery, you have to die to each boss as each fusion, and kill each boss under each fusion. Thats 4 deaths and 4 kills for each boss. It gets VERY tedious.
I think 3 was rather poorly recieved that JAST hasn't bothered to translate 3.5
The games are mostly yuri, but there are some straight scenes. Each game has an enema/scat scene, so beware of that. For the most part, the art is pretty good. In my opinion, 1 and 2 have the best art. I think 3 got a new artist, so it just looks different, not that its bad. All the scenes in 1 are still images, while 2 and 3 added animations.
Ultimately, Sakura Dungeon, Demon Master Chris, or Spirite Master Retarnia (haven't played Retania yet) are much better 3d Dungeon Crawls, but if you already played those games, Raidy can scratch the itch.
Is JAST the only place to purchase them? I'm probably going for no.2.
