I'm going shut down NHV due to a lot of things. The group itself will stay here and I will likely try NHV again when I get better at the game. Any of you who wish to remain when NHV starts again may stay, otherwise you are free to leave. You can also remove the NHV tag if you wish to. Those who intend on staying, try to see which class best fits you in our downtime so it won't be a problem when we start again. Try to train that class and such. Both ghan and I will be out of the country for a few weeks, I myself will be gone for five weeks. Until ghan returns we won't be having practice so make sure you find some time to practice on your own in pub servers. When I return I'll be changing some things in NHV so be prepared for that. Hey guys, I have something today that will last until 4 PM. I likely won't even be home by then therefore I am going to postpone practice until 5:30 PM. Alright guys, we lost our sniper so I will main class sniper for the team. I've only had a few hours as sniper so I'll be practicing hard to make the change. In the meantime, if you have a friend who can main class HEAVY for us, let me know and I'd be glad to invite him/her. Make sure to send me your available times and practice your classes!

What about having them just for a friendly gaming community and make the UGC people moderators or something to tell the difference

I don't want it to be some sort of competition to stay in this team, after all we're no professionals so we really can't be doing that yet. Of course, if you're inactive or do not participate I will remove you and then we can look for new players. Otherwise, this team stays. Additionally, this team is for UGC Highlander, that competition only allows a team to have 9 players in the game, one person for each class, so any other players aren't needed unless they're backups and I don't want them to feel "secondary" in some sense.

We have a group chat for communication, located on the right side of this page where it says "join group chat" We'll use voice chat for Highlander and during practices. As for training we'll find empty game servers so we can verse eachother. If we can find a team to organize scrimmages, I'll try to have that done. Only invite the friends who will fill our empty positions.

First how are we going to train for highlander? AI? Pubs? Scrimmage?
Second I have a few friends that I can get to join.
Third how are we going to communicate in game? Mic/Chat/Misc.?

Alright guys, I want you all to begin training your classes, this means spending more time playing your team class than others and really getting down to honing your skills. I know we aren't Elite TF2 players and that's fine but I really want to start putting forth the effort and getting better at the game.
