EAC is a rootkit, it makes your computer vulnerable to attacks. Because, the anti-cheat removes a protective layer.
Old nfs games never had anticheats in them so cheaters run free in these 24/7 every third race match..
And BF2042 replaced the use of EAC to and in-house anticheat but this one is worse doesn't detect cheaters at all and hits performance x2 times than eac or any other kernel anticheat:

Hello everyone, I was previously banned by Easy Anti Cheat, but I was informed by the law firm to investigate and lift the ban on the game company. If it can be helpful to everyone
Ya caught me just in time, I was just "spring cleaning" and "organizing" things.

Xbox studios rent Azure Cloud servers for their games.
FH5 is always online game, so they run anti-cheat on their own servers.
You as a client, doesn't run anti-cheat on your local Windows PC nor you see it ever.
Maybe anti-cheat is not a technically proper word, but it's really hard to cheat in FH5 after several months ago.
It doesn't run anti-cheat on your Windows PC and doesn't have kernel level access.
It's on Azure cloud.
In FH4 you can cheat as much as you want (CE works).
So yea, Forza Motorsport warning for EAC is misleading.
Both Forza Horizon 4 & 5 don't have any anti-cheat, even some players ♥♥♥♥♥ about it.
Furthermore, Forza Motorsport will have always online career mode, so yea, potential cheating problem is probably solved by that.
Too bad there isn't a way to play multiplayer in community servers that choose not to use EAC but rather their own anti-cheat like counter-strike, but oh well this is fine enough
