Welcome to No Cancer RP. Before playing please take some time to read some of the rules so everyone can have a enjoyable time.

General Rules:
Do not RDM (Killing a player without a valid reason).
NLR(New Life Rule) is 5 minutes. This means you may not return to where you died for 5 minutes.
NLR applies to raids and pd raids if you are killed in either you may not return.
Do not RP in spawn
Absolutely no prop climbing, blocking, or pushing.
Do not harass other players.
Do not spam in any of the chats, whether it be voice, ooc, advert, or admin chat
Do not beg for staff or bother staff when in a sit.
Staff have final say in a sit.
DO NOT impersonate a staff member
No killing people with wiremod / minging with wiremod
You may not block people's cameras with props that is FailRP.
Do not use any cheats/hacks
Do not propblock spawn
Do not look for any loopholes in the rules or try to bend the rules. If an admin considers what you are doing to be "trolling" or shouldn't be allowed they are allowed to tell you to remove it even if the MOTD doesn't specifically say you can't.

Advert Rules:

You must advert:
PD Raid(including counter)
Mugging(including counter)
Terror
Gang Wars (both leaders must advert accept also)

You do not have to advert:
Raid(including counter)
Rape(including counter)
Kidnap(including counter)
Hit Accepted/Complete
steal(including counter)

Cooldowns:
Rape: 2.5 minutes
Terror: 10 minutes
pd raid: 10 mins
raid (same base): 10
raid (any base): 5

Party Rules:
If someone attacks/kills your party member you may fight back.
criminals may not party with PD.

Citizen Rules:
You may not raid.
You may not mug.
You may have a base, with printers and such.

Raiding Rules:
If your base is being raided you may not return to your base until it is over.
Raid cooldown is 5 minutes per base, and 10 minutes for PD Raid and raiding the same base.
If your base is being raided and you have already died you may not ask people to save your base as this is breaking NLR.


Basing Rules:
Max fading doors is 10
If someone is past your first fading door without permission it is considered tresspassing or raiding, therefore you have the right to kill them. If you want to be able to kos people near or outside your base you need a KOS sign.
No "wire turrets"
minimum keypad time is 3 seconds.
If you would like to megabase you or your friend must own all of the doors in the area that you have blocked off.
All KOS signs must specify a location or have a line(examples: do this: "KOS past line"
"don't do this: kos if I dont like you")


Mugging Rules:
You can mug every 5 minutes
The max you may mug for is $5,000
You must advert mug

Kidnapping Rules:
You do not need to advert kidnap but must wait 10 minutes between each kidnap.
You may hold a captive for 10 minutes before they must be released(either killed or freed)
The max ransom for a captive is $10,000

Rape rules:

You may rape every 2.5 minutes
You may not rape in spawn


PD Rules:
You may not own any doors.
You may raid if you hear printers!
BitMiners are allowed by default, unless there is a law against them.
You may not lock the first door of the PD.
You may not participate in any illegal activity
If the mayor does not agree with the PD base, you must remove it.
You may own bitminers in the pd unless there is a law against the.
You must allow everyone into the lobby.
You may not have a building sign.

Mayor Rules:
You may not make laws to exempt specific people from the laws.
No laws reguarding specific people. (such as: "kos player1")
Lockdowns must have a valid rp reason given in the broadcast
No law KOSing or AOSing people for non rp acts (example: being annoying, calling me names).
laws kosing or aosing a certain job are not allowed however rapists may be aosed in the laws.


Terror Rules:
cooldown is 10 minutes from when you ended your terror.
you may not camp in your base or anyone else's during terror(if your base is under a roof it counts as a base, if your base does not have a roof made out of props or the world you may terror in it).
you may only terror for 10 minutes or until you are killed

By default you are a police officer, however mayor may make a law to make you justa normal citizen.
You may not PD raid
You may not raid
You may not mug
You may not kidnap
You may not build in any of the spawn tunnels.
