Why does everyone think Prussia is a warmonger? Karl has returned to Värmland. But under the KINGDOM OF ENGLAND, Värmland shall be a DEMOCRACY. Meaning Karl is the President, and everything will be by vote. But Prussia will keep control of the group but just observe.

Prussian warmongering will not help your prestige, This is an exile group and (as I understand) under the protection of England, Andrew we will step not one step back
