Changes in the guide do not want to save - "Failure code 15"

I've created over 20 guides and I don't remember ever having such a problem. I recently created a new guide and when I want to make changes to it, I get the message "Failure code 15". I have restarted Steam. I restarted the computer. I also tried to do it on the website instead of in the application. But I almost always get this message. Once in a while I only manage to save my changes once. As if I could only do it once a day. I didn't check if other guides also have this error now, or just this one. Failur Code 15 = Access Denied.

This is one I hadn't myself yet.
It could be that Steam Guide is buggy itself, what can happen.
Most of the time Steam says there is no guide, what is a false report due to a buggy Steam guide.
That can happen even if you are currently working on the guide,

If this error persists after 1-2 days, best pull a report to the Steam Development itself.
It could even be possible that someone reported the guide.
Have you tried to contact the game developer?

Today my problem solved itself. I have made changes to the guide many times and never once did the aforementioned error appear. I don't know what was the cause. Maybe because it was newly created and still awaiting verification from Steam. Anyway, thanks for the information.

I don't know whether to delete this discussion. Because I think it might be useful for someone to know that the probable cause of the error was pending Steam approval.

THIS is happening to me atm, has been for the past 2 weeks and today is real bad, like it wont even save 1 paragraph of text and throwing out Error 15., I've put in tickets and such and NO answers from Valve or STEAM Devs to help with the situation.
