Where can I get the European version of the game?

I have seen that there is an alternative version of the American version of need for speed underground 2, which is the European version where in this version there are 3 new cars that replace the Honda Civic Si EM1, the Acura RSX Type S DC5 and the Hyundai Tiburon GT GK. The 3 new cars that appear in the European version of the game are the Hyundai Coupe, the Vauxhall Corsa 1.8 SRi X01 and the Peugeot 106 GTI Phase II these 3 cars replace those 3 cars from the American version that I mentioned. I actually only ever played the American version but I never played the European version so my request is where can I get the European version of need for speed underground 2 and how do I install it?
