For Karma Fields' own story, it's an AI like the UKF article confirmed. New Age | Dark Age confirms it created it's world, but in itself, not in the real world, and it uses the help of humans from our world such as Julliette Lewis, Kerli, Monarchy and Talib Kweli to add personality. If the article meant by "foundation of Faint Echoes" that Faint Echoes is meant to be some kind of organization, I think that could mean that Karma Fields is using Faint Echoes to get it's presence in the real world easier. From what I can see in Karma Fields' description for his remix of No Sleep, and from the Build The Cities The Remixes name (Build The Cities Reconstructions), i think building it's own world isn't the only thing that Karma Fields wants to do. I think Karma Fields wants to expand the bounds of his own world in our own real world. Maybe that's what the colors from the prototype of the Build The Cities music video are meant to be for (there are colors for that video in the podcast preview, it only was on the Twitch stream though, and on Raven Kwok's version of the video that he has on his own Vimeo channel).
Or maybe Karma Fields recreates Vancouver since it's destroyed by the evil cat's ship.
Very interesting bro! Really enjoyed your opinions on this!
