"Confirm trade" not working
I trade a lot. When the mobile authenticator was made necessary to avoid escrow, i had no choice but to install it. Until May of this year, it was working just fine. Then the most important option stopped working for me, the "confirm action" option. Every single other option is working perfectly fine, except this one. I tap, but nothing happens. Rebooting the phone doesn't work, re-installing the app fixes the problem for roughly 24 hours before it's back to not responding. Any suggestions?

Probably a late reply, but update your application, and make sure your phone is open and connected to the internet while making your trade in your PC.

Welp, same problem here. Even if I'm logged in it says that I can't trade due not accessing Steam Guard for 7 days, but the phone is right here in my face, app is open, steam guard activated, it is green, it is sending codes, but I can't trade still.

For me I get a message saying "In order to complete this trade, you must verify it in your Steam Mobile app. You can verify it by launching the app and navigating to the Confirmations page from the menu." even though I already AM on the app.... wtf
Anyone else having that problem or is it just me?

Accepting a trade and confirming it are 2 different options. You can accept it from anywhere, bit only confirm that you accepted it from your main mobile phone where you have the app.

on my phone Steam does not display stuff that I can confirm. I still see menu button and refresh button, but otherwise site content is just blank page. Anyone else having this problem?

This whole apps a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. You don't even get the option to confirm trades anymore, and steam has zero support for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they've imposed on us. To answer your problem there is no answer. Just pray another company gets started to give Steam some competition and force them to acknowledge their embarrassing lack of vision.
