shadow make sure u port forwarded right and on the minecraft server porperties file make the ip urs and the port wat ever u used on the portforwarding then sign in to the server using ur ip adress while the server is up. but for ur friends to get on u need to find ur wan ip on ur router page then ur friends use that and u use ur normal ip
