there is another meeting today

Anyone want to tell me what happened in the meeting?

Guys they are holding a mumble meeting today at 9 come and participate in a new beggining!

Well come to the meetings and then maybe a explaination will be there. For know all i can say is that the meetings are being held and we as a group should all try to attend. Only through a strong group can we hope to rembrace the community and move forward. Also be positive, being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ negative at a meeting such as this one will do no good and simple make people angry. There is a time and a place for negativity, now is not one of those times.

At the risk of sounding like an insensitive prick, I want nothing more right now than to know what, exactly, lead to the sudden takedown of everything. I did my research before making a decision about the DiceFortress debacle: until I know what, exactly, has happened, with proof as needed, I withhold any judgement. If anyone, preferably Smack or Skies, can lay it out for me in black and white, I'd be extremely grateful. It seems extremely rash to mourn the passing of something if I don't even know what happened to it, or if it's dead to begin with.

Well this kinda sucks...

if that's what it takes, the MAD clan has really (for as long as I can remember) always had it's ups and downs, but through it all we've prevailed this far, and become a stronger and closer because of it. I think that's what seperates us from other groups, the fact our tags aren't what make us the MAD clan (many regulars don't wear them) it's the fact that we're all welcomed into a community that you feel right at home in.

Okay, so Im past sadness and rage and now I'm trying to think of solutions. So whats the plan? gather the members back up here and start from square one (somehow)?

Its like a piece of me was cut out when I found out MAD disbanded, and i'm disappointed i never took the time to really become a part of the clan,but I don't think this is the end. This community is probably the strongest I have ever seen. Its like one big family, a pretty strange, hilarious family cx, but still a family :)

Is it gone forever? Or is there some slim chance of Smack and Skies bringing it back?

Well put IrishPi, as for staying together invite everyone you know to the group (it is to keep in touch after all).

Hey just a suggestion I know we all need a little time off from this whole situation, but as a community we need to come together. Soem on needs to take a leadership role and inform people. Without communication the many bonds I hav formed in mad will fade away. I will do everything to keep them from dissapearing and I know many of you feel the same way. The community should come togehter in the darkest times, not sit around and mope. I understand eveyrones pain, and believe me I am just as crestfallen as any person, but we need leadership. We need a tourch in the darkness. As I have come to believe in my time at MAD, this is the greatest group of people. They preached tolerance and respect. To John Winthrope " We shall be a city upon a hill." The greatest community I have ever had the honor to be a part of is cracking and I am resolute in the idea that we are stronger than any issue. We shall hold are heads high and walk through the night touch in hand.

where do we go from here now? MAD was like our TF2 home. i wish i knew why Skies and Smack made this decision. we all knew each other and made memories together. all i know is, no other clan will be like MAD. this is really sad and unfortunate. i hope we all still get to see each other after this. it was fun while it lasted. if only there was a way to get us back together. :( cya guys later then, i guess.
