Q: What are badges?
A: A badge is an icon on your profile (and tied to your account) that represents the trading card sets you've collected or your participation in an event.

Q: What are sets?
A: A set is all the cards needed to craft a badge once.

Q: Do I need to own the game to craft it's badge?
A: No, you may craft badges from games you don't own.

Q: How do I craft a badge?
A: From your Profile page, click on the "Badges" link near the top of the right column or select "Badges" from your persona name drop down in the Steam menu. From your Badges page, the "Badges in Progress" tab will show which badges are ready to be crafted. Select a ready to craft badge to view its details and click on the blue "Craft a Badge" button.

Q: How many times may I upgrade my game badge?
A: You can craft a game badge up to five times, using a whole set each upgrade. Each time you craft or upgrade your badge you'll get 100XP, a random emoticon and profile background from that game. Also, you have a chance to get a discount coupon for using at Steam Store. During Steam sales, like Winter or Summer sale, you'll get a Mysterious Card instead of a coupon. Those may be used for crafting the sale badge.

Q: Are there any way I can craft badges faster?
A: Yes, you can skip crafting animation by pressing F5 after clicking on craft button. Alternatively, you can use Steam-AutoCraft

Q: Is there any difference when choosing a bot to buy sets?
A: Yes, at the moment we have 5 specific bots for raising your Steam level and one bot to exchange gems to keys and vice versa.

1. Low - For people who are just starting to level up: low prices. The maximum level you can reach using this bot is 100.
   
2. Normal - When you want to reach a higer level. The maximum level you can reach using this bot is 250.
   
3. High - A huge variety of sets, which allows you to reach a very high level. The maximum level you can reach using this bot is 500.
   
4. Foil - For collectors of foil sets.
   
5. Summer/Winter - Trades the special event cards during the summer/winter sale.

Q: Will I receive sets from badges I have already crafted?
A: Make sure you have crafted all your sets before buying from us (or buying again from us). This ensures you that we only send the sets you need.

Q: Why can't I trade?
A: Make sure your profile and inventory is set to public, also make sure you have no trading restrictions.

Q: What types of keys do you accept?
A: All CS:GO keys are accepted. In addition, we accept TF2 keys and gems.

Q: What can I do when I have issues when using the service?
A: Contact the support and we will help you out.

Q: Where can I buy the keys to trade with with bots?
A: You can buy keys using third-party services or using the Steam marketplace.
