TIME USE A WINDOWS REPAIR DISC! Just ask a friend or family member, or even just go to a repair shop and you can get it up and running again. All you have to do is reinstall Windows with a repair disc! Worst case scenario your hard drive is broken, but I'm almost 99% sure that it's just your Windows! You can message me or Dubstep anytime for help.
