Use your computer's own shortcut keys or tools to take screenshots,
Then put your screenshots under
X:\Steam\userdata\(your account's number)\760\remote\(the game's id)\screenshots
You can just open another game's screenshot folder from the screenshots uploader and go back to "remote",
Then create the game's id folder, as for this game's id, it's 589780,
So you need to create "589780" and a "screenshots" inside it,
Then put your pictures in the "screenshots" and make a copy of each picture,
Add "_vr" to the end of those copys' names,
For example, if you put in a "123456.jpg", just create a "123456_vr.jpg"
After restarting your steam, you will be able to upload your pictures as screenshots.
Btw, your pictures must be converted to ".jpg" form, only renaming ".png" to ".jpg" will not work!
