Depends on how you play them I guess.

My last character was reluctant. She was more interested in wiping out the Thalmor. She didn't believe the nonsense about them restoring moons for Khajiit and wanted to make them pay for their trickery. There was power to be gained by helping the Greybeards, so she went along.

My current is more the helpful type and Alduin's world eating will take out Elsewyr too, after all... The civil war? Eh, she'd really just rather go home...

What do other races and khajiits feel about a khajiit being a Dragon Born? Like the Under "Cats" are gaining an upper hand?

Though I am still new to the joys of playing a Khajiit my current character I rp as more of a refuge and troubled soul (not really heroic). I don't truly understand how the 'Dragonborn' works since the bloodline seems to be unrelated to the main character in Skyrim who seems to spontaniously become a dragonborn. (pardon any misunderstandings and/or bad spelling). So simply no, not at the moment. I don't consider my Khajiit the dragon born.

accronding by lore, one is blessed by Arktosh by birth to be dragon born or not. The PC does not know it yet, because they need a dragon soul to use their power, but they always has been a Dtagon Born. If one plays by the lore of the skyrim anyways....

I pretty much play by the lore of Skyrim as much as possible, so therefore I am the Dragonborn, so I play as the Dragonborn. Even though my home is truly Elsweyr, Skyrim has become my adopted home for now, until I can possibly return back home. When I'm finished with my destiny :3

Good luck with destiny ;) I played that way too sometimes but it is also good to mix up it up a bit at times with in reason =) One can get more mileage out of the game that way.

Yeah but this Khajiit is my first character, so she is Dragonborn. If I do another one, she/he will probably have a different story.

Nah,not really. My Khajiit is usually just a mercenary,doing some good/bad deeds whenever they are availible

My Khajiit is the best thief in Skyrim (Lockpicking, Pickpocket and Sneak 100)! I don't follow the main quest, i'm mainly in thief guild and dark brotherhood.
Khajiits are my favourite race because they do damage with their claws. And they can see in the night what is very useful. Their history is interesting, too. ELSWEYR FTW!!!

I actually have a thing about the quests lol. In both Oblivion (completed) and now Skyrim I have made it my goal to be the head of all the guilds (except the Oblivion mages guild bleh), to finish all main quests and as many side quests as possible. So yea i'm dragonborn and everything else xD.
