I've actually only been here since ~March 2017. In 2016 I don't think there was anything done except a very minor script error. I'll come up with a recap tomorrow hopefully, won't be anything special though.

uhm, hello, it's been a long time since last time i played Katawa Shoujo, and when i want to played again, i found this, but i don't know where to start. Do i have to install lily patch after download link above ? or i just have to install the link only ? can you help me ? thank you very much and forgive me if my english is bad

Hey - sorry for any confusion.
Download the Game Link first, then download the Lilly Patch. In order to apply the patch, download the file, and extract it to the "game" folder in the main game directory, and overwrite any files that it asks you to.

no it's not, i don't have any confusion, is was my first time see katawa shoujo made again by fan, so i don't know do i have to download anything from older post. thank you for helping me, and i hope project will succeed in future ( and forgive me if my english bad)

Not sure if its an error or me being a donut, but I've gone to go down the Emi route a few times now just to get to the end of the first scene and then met with the Hanalilly A2 route, despite clearly going for the Shizune choices before hand purely to put them off of me!
This even happens if i go to select act 2 with Emi from the main menu, is there a way round it or have i truely scuppered my chances of 100%!

I know this is quite old project,but now I'm enjoying it here in 2019.

But I may found the fatal bug left in the last version:

Emi's path Act2 (scene:Morning Run) leads to HanaLilly-trunk route.
I downloaded the main game linked above this thread,and patched Lilly Patch also linked above.

I downloaded the main game again, didn't patch Lilly Patch and tested it.
The result was the same.

Emi's route is fundamentally unchanged from the final version; knowing this, I rewired Emi's first scene to lead directly into the HanaLilly-trunk route. If it makes any consolation, the rewrites that took place by the actual team when the beta version was transforming into that final version, Emi's route wasn't scrapped in terms of dialogue (which is why it's mainly unchanged from the final version), but in terms of program-specific commands, which is why Emi's route is broken beyond simple repair.
