Has or is anyone experencing a fps drop out of no where?

Hey everyone.
I got Jpog on my PC ages ago, i brought the disk of ebay, it was fine for months but its been lagging like hell recently. its very choppy whenever i move and unplayable once my park gets to a certain size.
i would like to know if anyone else has experienced this or if anyone has a fix!

I know this post is over a year old but I was having the same problem with a constant stutter in this game and I fixed it by changing ScreenWindowed = "false" to "true" in the options.ini file in the game folder. The game runs perfectly now!
