I'll attempt to clarify anything you guys are wondering.

Came to get the feel of what this modern Marxism/Socialism is all about. I'm tired of unbalanced and poorly controlled systems, so hopefully curiousity with net me something in return.

Glad to be a part of the group, although I'm not technically a Marxist, to each their own and I support all of you, but there's a reason Marx wasn't a Marxist. Personally I'm a Neo-Marxist Socialist. I've never checked into it before so to the best of my knowledge it's a philosophy I created myself, it's essentially Marxist Communism with more down to earth goals and methods.

A Marxist is a person who believes in the communist ideology of Marxism. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marxism This should get your started, comrade, but I will be publishing some introductory explainations on my journal soon.
