Amplification Arrows (alternate universe)

in the stead of requiem arrows, amplification arrows create a supportive substand/ability For example, Kakyoin is fighting DIO and gets pierced by the arrow. This would evolve an ability that reverses time.

I think its a little too simmilar to requiem. Like, what if instead of being what the user "needs" it's a supportive ability of some kind. For example Kakyoin might get the power to have Ice elemental emerald splashes and freeze on contact or something.
