I have the source to all of that still, it's really not something worth working on top of. You'd be better of starting over.

Doubtful that anyone would attempt a revival with what was made, maybe using some of the ideas but I'd imagine it would make more sense to code from scratch than reuse any of it. I'd gladly watch a project like that grow again.

Found a saved email with the Alpha key I got for being a senior member... I even found the latest updated version of TheWorld and for S&Gs tried booting it. Brought back some fond memories for sure. I left the forums shortly before everything started dying so I never saw the financial breakdown post. I wonder if anyone grabbed the source files or if anyone is attempting a revival
