corrupt, not to steal your thunder, but this is not spoilers. this is theory. a very detailed, possible, theory, but non the less. there is a major difference...unless you mean spoiler as in "to those who don't know caliborn". to which, i'll request you specify next time to avoid confusion.

!!!SPOILERS!!! you have been warned

If you look at Caliborns black crux, you'll see there isn't a countdown, but instead a ~U. This harkens back to the ~ATH language, which is very much like realworld C. There having a ~ means deconstruct a case, or destroy. So its like his crux is counting down till "when universe is destroyed".
Now, kernel sprites prototype dead things. His countdown is till U (which is Universe in the ~ATH) is destroyed, aka dead. So really... I think he just prototyped an entire universe (blackhole).
